Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor Up to £45,000 Lincoln – Hybrid Role Mainstay are currently working with a leading Service provider who are looking to recruit for a quantity surveyor to support the project team who will oversee refurbishments and new build projects across a single site in Lincoln. As the quantity surveyor you will be responsible for supporting the project team with estimated costs, quantities and timelines of the projects on site and will involve completing project reports, documentation, plans, and identifying opportunities for improvements and cost advice. Role: As a quantity surveyor you will be working across 3-4 refurbishments or new build projects at one time across a single site This role will involve completing all relevant documentation across projects such as costings, plans, project reporting. As the quantity surveyor you will identify opportunities to reduce costs and opportunities for future works You will work closely with the projects team supporting them with costings, quantities and timelines for all projectsCandidate: As a quantity surveyor you must hold a HND in quantity surveying You must have relevant expoeriene within a similar role working across the construction or Property maintenance industry The candidate must have excellent within negotiating, communication, and organisational skills This would be a great opportunity for an Assistant Quantity surveyor looking for a step up
