About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher to join our team at Polaris Community. As a SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education and support to students with special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging and inclusive lessons for students with SEN
• Work closely with the support team to develop and implement individualized education plans
• Provide pastoral support and guidance to students
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment

Requirements:

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
• Experience working with students with SEN
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
