Firmin Recruit is excited to be working with our long-established manufacturing client based in the London SE5 area. Due to an internal promotion within the business our client is now recruiting for an experienced Executive Assistant/PA to join their friendly hard-working team. Are you an experienced Executive Assistant/PA looking for a new challenge this role may be one for you. Our client has over 40 years of working within the precious metals industry. They have experienced 25% profitable growth year on year over the last 5 years, are a medium-sized company, and exceed a 12-million-pound turnover. A family-owned business that still has members involved at the Board level, and the MD has shares in the company. They are an ambitious organisation looking to establish £25 Million by 2025 and a great company to work for. This is an excellent role which offers a variety of duties, and every day is exciting and different Hours: 9:00 – 5:30 Monday – Friday Benefits: 23 days holiday & Bank holidays, Pension, Parking, Company Events etc.. Responsibilities include: * Executive Assistant Support for the CEO and Executive Directors * Full diary management and organisation * Arranging and setting up meetings and preparing meeting documentation such as agendas and handouts * Booking travel * Preparing presentations/spreadsheets/documents * Diary management * Correspondence management including taking minutes of meetings * Overseeing business projects * Completing personal expense claims and reconciling company credit card expenses * Proofreading/formatting documents * Arranging team meetings, conferences, or events * Liaising with clients, colleagues The successful Executive Assistant will have/be: * Proven track record of managing senior-level stakeholders in a fast-paced and continuously changing environment. * Proven experience in managing meetings, calendars, minutes, and board papers * Must be able to exercise tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality always * Confident, competent, and able to work with minimal supervision * Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines * Strong time management, organisational and problem-solving skills * Excellent MS Office skills including advanced-level Word and Excel * Strong people skills * This role may require occasional travel for work If you have the experience required and would like more information about this role, please send your CV.
