This role offers a collaborative team atmosphere, the flexibility of hybrid working, and an early finish on Fridays. Main Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, managing communication through both phone and email. Your duties will include: * Responding to and managing inbound customer enquiries. * Qualifying leads and gathering essential information. * Offering product guidance and advice. * Coordinating and hosting showroom visits. * Distributing company information and materials to customers. Key Qualifications: The Customer Service Advisor will possess the following experience/attributes: * Experience in a customer service or sales role. * A confident and professional telephone manner. * Strong relationship-building skills. * The ability to prioritise tasks and manage workloads efficiently. * A knack for multitasking in a dynamic environment.
