Land Manager

Our client is a leading, well-funded, privately owned house builder looking to strengthen the Land team with a Land Buyer or Land Manager who is self-sufficient and able to work independently to source both immediate and strategic land opportunities and prepare bids. They will have strong attention to detail and be able to prepare thorough land acquisition packs for review by the Land Director. The ideal candidate will have a strong can-do attitude and a good network of contacts along the M3 and Southcoast and will be comfortable managing multiple stakeholders
