Technicien Service-Desk

Consort Group is looking for a
Service-Desk Technician (M/F) for a major client.

As a Service-Desk Technician, you will be the first point of contact for users needing technical assistance, playing a crucial role in resolving incidents, providing technical support, and ensuring user satisfaction.

Your main tasks at our La Défense service center will include:

• Receiving and handling user assistance requests via phone, email, or ticketing system
• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to workstations, printers, networks, software, etc.
• Escalating complex incidents when necessary
• Following up on incidents until complete resolution and user satisfaction
• Assisting in the installation, configuration, and update of IT equipment
• Writing technical reports and documents for users and the IT team
• Contributing to continuous improvement of support processes and documentation of procedures

Profile:

• Degree in IT (bac+2) and/or experience as a Support Technician
• Skills in Windows 10, Windows 11, Office 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, Citrix, FortiClient
