Top 10: US, UK, Turkey.Who are we looking for?Our Tech Unit is looking for a System Administrator to manage our internal infrastructure and support our team with tech inquiries. We need someone with strong technical abilities who is also welcoming and supportive, helping our brilliant ammers from over 20 countries feel technically secure and confident at work.You'll have full support from our CTO, DevOps Engineer, and Operations team to ensure effective collaboration.The most important tech requirements for this role are:Knowledge of networks, including firewall administration and VPN configurationExperience in administering Azure (cloud management certificates will be a plus)Administration of Atlassian productsDetailed tasks for your role:Setting up VPNs, configuring firewalls, NAT/PAT, and routingCreating user accounts and managing permissions (AD, TeamCity, GitLab, Google Workspace, Jira/Confluence)Maintaining documentationConfiguring and administering Linux servers (installation, software setup, system monitoring, LVM, NGINX, Certbot)Assisting workers with technical issuesWorking with Jira/Confluence and managing workspacesUpdating and purchasing certificates via CertbotPurchasing equipment and managing hardware inventoryBacking up Linux systems, virtual machines, PostgreSQL, and dataTech requirements:Knowledge of Azure Cloud administration (Defender, Intune, Azure AD), Office 365Network knowledge at the CCNA level (ICND1, ICND2) - L2, L3, MikrotikLinux administration at the LPIC-1 and LPIC-2 levels (Shell, Bash scripts, etc.)Standard knowledge of Windows Server (AD, GPO, DNS)Administrative experience with Jira and ConfluenceExperience with AnsibleUnderstanding of DockerKnowledge of monitoring systems like Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus (administration level)Experience with hypervisors (VMware, HyperV)Knowledge of Kubernetes will be a plus.Other important aspects:Your level of English proficiency should be at least B1-B2.
