TML Recruitment are partnered with a globally known property consultancy and specifically their client’s estates/property asset management team. Our client is looking for a commercial ‘Estate Manager’ or a ‘Property Manager’ that wants to be involved full client service activities including landlord and tenant work. You will be serving the clients major London public sector clients being based out of their London City offices with some time spent at the clients office. For this role they ideally require someone with specific L&T experience as well as standard service charge management experience but if you do not have it they will still consider your application. You will report into the overall head of commercial property management on this contract. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? * Client reporting * Tenant liaison and dealing with formal Landlord and Tenant matters such as rent reviews, lease renewals, tenant applications and provide details on energy usage.· * Working with the in-house Data teams to ensure lease data is up to date. * Rent Reviews and Lease renewals * Deal with occupier queries on rent, service charges and other management matters. * Liaising with the FM team on day-to-day maintenance, repair, and operational issues on each of the properties * Work with sustainability team to ensure ESG best practice is adopted across the instructions. * Carry out regular property inspections * Setting up new properties/instructions WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESFUL? * Ideally RICS Qualified but not necessary for the right candidate /experience * Proven track record in property management * Landlord and Tenant experience * Excellent communication and client interfacing skills * High degree of commerciality and experience of development business with existing clients * Experience within a professional services environment and working with blue-chip companies * Ability to work under pressure * High attention to detail WHY APPLY? * Exciting opportunity to get involved in wider landlord and tenant duties with global practice. * Complete flexibility, trust and autonomy. * Highly reputable firm with chance to work on major contract * Clear progression and pathway to promotion based on performance
