* Box Build Inspection: Inspect the final assembly of electronic enclosures (box builds) to verify the integration of PCBs, cable harnesses, and other components according to drawings, work instructions, and quality standards.
* Compliance Verification: Ensure that all inspections comply with industry standards, customer requirements, and company quality procedures, particularly in aerospace and defence applications.

* Continuous Improvement: Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to identify and address recurring quality issues.
* Collaboration: Work closely with production teams, quality engineers, and management to resolve quality issues, provide feedback on workmanship, and ensure that corrective actions are implemented effectively.
* Training & Mentorship: Provide guidance and training to production staff on IPC standards and best practices in quality inspection.
Qualifications:
* Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality inspection within the electronics manufacturing industry, specifically with PCB, cable harness, and box build assemblies. Aerospace/Defence sector experience is highly desirable.
* IPC Certifications: IPC-A-610 and IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification or equivalent training is highly desirable.
* Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electronic assembly processes, soldering techniques, and quality standards related to PCBs, cable harnesses, and box builds.
* Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify and document non-conformances effectively.
* Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis and contribute to corrective and preventive actions.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey inspection results and quality concerns.
* Familiarity with Industry Standards: Knowledge of aerospace and defence industry standards, including MIL-STD, AS9100, and others, is a plus
