Medacs Healthcare is currently looking for a skilled and dedicated *Consultant* *Urologist* for a state-of-the-art healthcare facility based in Doha, Qarar. The hospital – opened in 2022 – offers quality medical care in a culturally reach setting for international patents.

The salary package is between QAR 75,000 - QAR 85,000 per month plus income sharing. The contract is permanent.
Benefits include:
* Onboarding flight, yearly flight and end of contract flight provided for the candidate.
* Medical and malpractice insurance.
* *Contract Length:* Indefinite (5 years, renewing automatically unless terminated by either party)
* *Annual Leave:* 28 calendar days plus 10 public holidays
* *CME Allowance:* 7 paid days plus a 10,000 QAR allowance
* *Education Allowance:* Covers two children under the employee's sponsorship, aged 4-18 years, residing in Qatar. The allowance is 20,000 QAR per child per year.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough examinations and assessments of patients with urological conditions.
- Diagnose and treat a range of urological disorders, including infections, kidney stones, and prostate issues.
- Perform surgical procedures as necessary, ensuring adherence to best practices and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with nursing home staff, ICU teams, and hospice care providers to manage patient care effectively.
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatment plans.
- Engage in clinical research to stay updated on advancements in urology and improve patient outcomes.
Requirements:
The employer is looking for an Arabic speaking Consultants who have any of the following specialist qualifications with a minimum 3 years of experience post-qualification (in a government or teaching hospital):
* US Board/ FRCS – Irish, CCT/CCST from the UK, Canadian, New Zealand or Australian Specialist Diploma/ Diplome d’Etudes Specialises (DES)/CIS French Board / Facharzt & Sub- Board/ Fellowship
