Key Responsibilities: * Training & Mentorship: Once fully trained yourself, you will help to guide and mentor new hires, teaching them to operate our advanced machinery with confidence. * Client Demonstrations: Showcase our machinery's capabilities to new clients. * Maintenance Checks: Perform daily checks to keep machines clean and operational. * Production Monitoring: Prioritise tasks and manage production schedules to meet deadlines. * Quality Control: Ensure all production details meet our high standards, especially for high-value orders. * BRC Standards Compliance: Maintain cleanliness and uphold BRC standards in the factory. * Warehouse Operations: Move and wrap pallets while adhering to health and safety standards.
