Willow Bridge is currently hiring for an experienced Learning Manager of Facilities Maintenance Training Programs to assess developmental training needs to support our Facilities Maintenance personnel. Responsibilities

Job Summary: The Learning Manager of Facilities Maintenance Training owns training programs and content associated with Property Management's Maintenance Training Programs. This role assesses developmental training needs to support employee onboarding and career development for Facilities Maintenance personnel. This position actively searches, creatively designs and helps to implement effective learning solutions to educate Facilities Maintenance leaders and their associates. Duties/Responsibilities:

Owns the development, curation, measurement, and maintenance of training for the Maintenance function including role-based onboarding, training certifications and operational training for the Facilities Maintenance teams. Partners closely with the Facilities Maintenance Leadership Team to ensure successful execution of learning programs. Conducts follow-up evaluation with Maintenance leaders to evaluate and measure results of training programs. Modifies existing training programs as needed by proactively partnering with key business partners to identify changes in content. Proactively stays tuned in to Property Management Operational training needs to ensure training programs align with key business initiatives. Partners closely with Property Management functional leadership teams to ensure training needs are proactively identified.

Qualifications

Required Skills/Abilities:

Demonstrated success in developing high-impact, robust learning programs for hands-on technical roles. Strong ability to innovate, think critically, and solve complex problems to continuously improve learning solutions and address emerging challenges. Strong project management and learning project planning skills. Proven experience in analyzing training needs to identify the right learning solution. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation skills. Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods. Demonstrated ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives. Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in relevant field of Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or Human Resources preferred but not required. Five years of experience designing and implementing employee training programs. Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) credential preferred.
