As a Territory Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in surpassing service expectations, promoting products, and achieving route management objectives. Your excellent execution will drive volume targets, enhance market share, bolster brand equity, and expand brand distribution with precision in your designated territory. Key Responsibilities: Strategically plan and execute a daily schedule of calls within your assigned territory. Cultivate and secure new business by forging credible, long-term relationships with ON and OFF premise accounts, boosting revenue and volume. Develop daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly plans to meet goals, enhance market share, optimize space allocation, and elevate customer service, all while managing your assigned budget. Ensure product marketability through effective shelf management, prime display positions, frequent concept selling, and price point management. Conduct product tastings and training seminars to educate staff on priority brands. Monitor competitive activities within the territory, offering insightful and constructive suggestions. Identify and evaluate new accounts to assess their potential alignment with our brand portfolio. Collaborate with supplier representatives and management team members in the field to drive sales. Qualifications: Possession of fully insured, reliable, and suitable transportation. Valid Driver’s License. Bachelor’s degree. 3 years of sales experience in beverage alcohol or consumer goods. In-depth knowledge of Liquor Board Regulations, market trends, and competition. Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills. Detail-oriented, results-driven professional with outstanding verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in PC, iPad, and MS Office applications. Why Join?
