Distribution company in Chelmsford are looking for a warehouse operative for a role which is likely to become a permanent opportunity withing the next few months. Job Title - Warehouse / Stores Operative Location - Chelmsford it is essential that you have your own transport as this role is based on the outskirts of Chelmsford and not on a public transport route. Responsibilities: Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently Receive and document incoming stock Perform regular stock checks and maintain inventory management system Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Assist in general warehouse duties as required and heavy lifting as requiredRequirements: Must have a valid driver's licence and own transportation Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role is preferred Ability to work effectively in a team Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Excellent communication skills Adecco is a disability-confident employer.
