Job Summary

The Manager, Strategy will support key corporate initiatives and will work closely with Team leader, CFO, CEO and Brand / Product Managers, Etc. Key tasks will include project management, research, analysis, development of mid-to-long term corporate strategic plans and other ad-hoc assignments from the Team leader, CEO & CFO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively & individually to develop creative deliverables.
  • Transform ambiguous requirements into concrete and actionable proposals.
  • Participate in projects that involve new services, processes, and go-to-market approaches, in collaboration with relevant business or functional owners.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the facilitation & execution of projects.
  • Interact with top leadership in LG Canada on the high-impact projects.

Key Knowledge & Attributes

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience in this field.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Bilingualism: Proficiency in multiple languages (English/Korea)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for innovation.
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Strong advanced Excel, Power point skills.
  • Strong Business sense – Business acumen
