Dynamics F&O Finance Administrator £45,000 - £50,000 pa (+10% salary uplift for out-of-hours rota) Pension – up to 20% combined contribution Hybrid in Somerset 1-3 days on site per week depending on your location 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday  My client in the Utilities space is looking for a Dynamics F&O Administrator to join their team as soon as possible due to huge growth over the last few months. Their IT department provides a comprehensive service to a wide range of group businesses, covering everything from development to delivery and support. This department is crucial to my clients growth, focusing on configuring, developing, and supporting top-tier IT applications.   This position sits within my clients Dynamics Team where you’ll report directly to my clients D365 Manager. As part of my clients end-to-end delivery team, you’ll support and develop business services across the D365 product line. As a Dynamics F&O Administrator, your role will be pivotal—supporting users across the business and providing essential project support.   Duties: Deliver top-notch support for Dynamics Finance and Operations (F&O) across both regulated and unregulated businesses. Manage service tickets in line with ITIL principles. Maintain and configure all Dynamics F&O components, ensuring they meet best practice standards and oversee the wave upgrade process. Understand and support integrations with Dynamics across various applications. Advise business partners and project teams on the native capabilities of Dynamics, contributing to our growing Dynamics portfolio. Administer the Dynamics F&O estate through the Lifecycle Services hub. Support project delivery with technical analysis, solution input, and instance administration.You as the ideal candidate will have:  - Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations. - Foundational understanding of the full Microsoft Dynamics Suite. - Experience in application support within an enterprise environment, ideally with ITIL framework knowledge. - A customer-focused mindset, excellent communication skills, and strong business awareness. - Top-notch problem-solving abilities and the initiative to work independently. - The ability to manipulate and extract data for incident and problem resolution. - An understanding of customer requests and the business processes supported by ERP systems. - Familiarity with BizTalk ESB and data integration tools like Scribe, CDS, etc. - Experience with Microsoft developer tools for Dynamics, Azure DevOps, Lifecycle Services (LCS), and Visual Studio.   Benefits: Pension – up to 20% combined contribution. 25 days’ holiday, increasing to 28 with service.
