With a diversity of clients in numerous sectors, Funding Change is on a path of incredible growth and opportunity, and they are seeking a Head of Strategy and Revenue to lead them through the next phase of development.Reporting to the CEO/Chair and Board of Directors, the Head of Strategy will be responsible for all day-to-day operations of the business with the primary emphasis being on business development and revenue generation. The responsibilities include driving growth, executing and managing strategy, overseeing budgeting, ensuring compliance with various regulatory agencies and leading the operation. The ideal candidate will be passionate about and naturally skilled at building and nurturing relationships with strategic partners to help broaden the company’s reach.This position is a unique opportunity to lead a growing business that supports charitable initiatives through innovative fundraising technology. If you are a results-driven, hands-on professional with a passion for impact, we encourage you to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesSeek opportunities for expansion and growth by leading the sales efforts and working with customer service to develop new relationships locally and nationally.Develop and execute strategies to enhance community engagement and increase brand awareness.Work with the board to set quarterly performance goals across all functional areas of the business, ensuring the proper execution and successful completion of those goals.Collaborate on the technology strategy to ensure alignment with business goals and drive platform enhancements.Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, from sales and marketing to finance and product.Develop and track KPIs to ensure ongoing profitability and efficient resource allocation.Oversee the implementation of risk management strategies to mitigate financial, operational, and legal risks.Desired Skills and ExperienceRelevant post-secondary education or experience, with an MBA or related degree preferred.Experience in sales and customer service, with a proven ability to develop new business relationships.Strong financial and business acumen.Experience managing operations with a focus on efficiency and process improvement.Tech-savvy with experience in technology platforms.Ability to adapt quickly to new environments, learn on the job, and make sound business decisions.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage a broad range of stakeholders.About Funding Changewww.fundingchange.caFunding Change supports organizations in achieving their mission by streamlining the fundraising process, allowing organizations to focus on their core work.
