Head of Business Finance Fragrance and Beauty Europe

About the position: In the context of an evolving F&B business in Europe (growing share of digital business, expansion of retail network, transformation of wholesale distribution and emergence of new business model), we are seeking a Head of Business Finance F&B Europe. Reporting to the Europe CFO and the Head of F&B business for Europe, you will ensure and oversee the development and financial management of the F&B business in Europe. You will act as Divisional CFO, working with the respective regional business, including Travel Retail (TR), by acting as their sounding board, advocate, and challenger while building a strong understanding of their business strategies. You will also work in strong partnership with the markets Finance teams to deliver their mission. Your main responsibilities will revolve around the following missions: You will manage the finance team dedicated to the Fragrance and Beauty activity in the Europe region, considering all distribution channels: Wholesale (B&M and E-retail), Retail, and E-Commerce / E-concession.You will supervise periodic reporting, build the budget and reforecast, as well as the 3-year Plan (MTP).You will orchestrate the annual strategic meetings with 3 main missions: build financial and business guidelines in collaboration with operational teams; support countries in their budget construction (support guidelines, exchange meetings...) and produce consolidated Europe presentations for top management.On a recurring basis, you will ensure the monitoring and analysis of sales and the monthly review as part of the monthly forecasts.You will propose and carry out performance studies and simulations to contribute to the management of the activity and to anticipate changes in business models and distribution networks.You will manage the accounting closing operations, in collaboration with the operational teams, the F&B Europe leadership team, as well as with the local financial teams of each country.You will support the marketing teams in controlling the profitability of marketing or promotional actions undertaken.You will also support the sales teams in monitoring their activities, commercial conditions with our distributors, and will manage the pricing process to ensure the correct application of the division's rules adapted to European specificities.You will be the sounding board and challenger to the markets and offer coaching to them in delivering their mission.You will assess and improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the frame of the Future of Finance program.You will coordinate information system and procedure projects (TM1, EBI, ...). You are energized by: Working in strong collaboration with the market business finance teams to establish a systematic approach in performing financial modelling, maintaining consistency in tracking data and translating insights for decision making.Being the advocate to the regional FBP division and TR business and acting as the key enabler to their business strategies.Fostering a strong business finance community with the market business finance teams for FBP and TR and acting as the sounding board and challenger to them.Supporting market business finance to elevate their capabilities, from executional to being a true strategic partner to the business. What you will bring: Graduated from a Business School or with a Master's degree, you have solid experience of more than 10 years in FP&A, business finance functions with team management.Proven ability to perform effectively in a team-oriented environment along with strong stakeholder management skills.Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as analytical and synthesis skills.Ability to think critically, creatively and to quickly grasp new concepts and work in a high-performing culture with time-sensitive deadlines.You are proactive, recognized for your collective spirit as well as your responsiveness and agility.You speak fluently English.
