About the role The successful Product Manager will be at the forefront of product innovation. You will work with a talented team of Software Engineers, a Lead Product Manager, a Senior Product Manager, Product Designers, and Security Consultants. This role is not just about maintaining the status quo but about driving the product management journey forward. Key Responsibilities * Conduct thorough research and identify new product features that enhance user experience and deliver substantial value to clients. * Utilise insights derived from various data sources, including customer feedback and market research, to inform and refine product decisions and strategic direction. * Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to formulate and implement comprehensive product plans and roadmaps. * Develop precise and detailed product documentation, ensuring consistency and alignment across all phases of the development process. * Oversee the full lifecycle of product features, from initial concept through to release, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to high-quality standards. * Provide training and support to ensure teams have a comprehensive understanding of the product’s capabilities, value proposition, and best practices for optimal utilisation Skills & Experience * Extensive and demonstrable background working as a Product Manager within a SaaS cybersecurity company, showcasing a strong track record of success in this role. * A comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of SaaS product development, including a thorough understanding of the entire product lifecycle from inception to launch and ongoing management. * Hands-on experience working in dynamic environments, specifically within early-stage startups or rapidly growing scale-ups, is essential
