Our client is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team. If you have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of NEC contracts, and a passion for infrastructure projects, we want to hear from you! Location: This role offers a mix of working from office / site North West based office 2 days per week Remote 2 days per week On site in Derbyshire 1 day per week Key Responsibilities: Work on National Grid projects, including 3 new 400kV substations and 60km of new overhead lines. Manage consent orders and PCS contracts during the early project phases. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget through meticulous cost management and contract administration.Requirements: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor. In-depth knowledge of NEC contracts. Ability to work effectively across multiple locations. Strong communication and organizational skills.What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package.
