Graduate Teaching Assistant - English An Inclusive secondary school situated in West London are looking to secure a Graduate Teaching Assistant to start in September 2024. Graduate Teaching Assistant- English The school are looking to secure a Graduate Teaching Assistant with a 2:1 English Degree to start in September 2024 on an ongoing assignment. The successful candidate will be supporting across the English department and will be running 1:1 intervention class with low ability students to help raise attainment. Previous experience working with children will come highly regarded but is not essential. The main duties will include: Working alongside the English Department to use your own initiative to enthuse students' learning. Promote the inclusion and acceptance of all students within the classroom To work alongside the other LSAs in maintaining a stimulating Resource Base. To be able to discuss observations of students' work and assist the teacher in planning for the development of their learning Keeping records of students' learning and progress and use this information alongside the teacher to recognise achievement and to assist the students in setting targets for further improvement in learningIf you are interested in this role and feel you have the relevant skills, please apply below.
