Job ResponsibilitiesOversee all aspects of store operations, including sales performance, customer service, visual merchandising, inventory control, and staff management.Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team to achieve store targets and ensure excellent customer experiences.Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to drive improvements and optimize business performance in a team selling setting.Ensure the store’s visual presentation aligns with company standards and brand guidelines, maintaining an appealing shopping environment.Manage scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff training and development to ensure the team’s success.Implement and execute strategic initiatives to drive sales growth, enhance customer loyalty, and boost operational efficiency.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, with a focus on loss prevention and inventory accuracy.Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and customer-centric culture within the store.RequirementsProven experience as a district or high-volume manager in a large-format, high-volume apparel retail environment.Strong understanding of apparel trends, merchandising, and visual standards.Excellent leadership and team-building skills with a focus on coaching, performance management, and employee development.Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret financial reports to make informed decisions.Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
