Join our client school in Hackney as a SEMH Teacher and be a part of transforming educational experiences for young learners. Job Responsibilities: Design and deliver tailored lessons to meet the diverse needs of students with SEMH requirements. Create a supportive and nurturing learning environment that promotes academic progress and emotional well-being. Collaborate closely with support staff and external agencies to develop individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies. Monitor and track progress, providing timely feedback to students, parents, and colleagues. Uphold high standards of safeguarding and child protection in line with school policies. Key Requirements: Must hold a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) from the UK. Proven experience working effectively with children who have SEMH needs. Comprehensive knowledge of the UK curriculum and assessment frameworks. Strong classroom management skills with the ability to engage and inspire young learners.
