Painter Prepper (4 day week)

We’re currently recruiting for a Paint Prepper / Sprayer to work for an automotive manufacturing customer of ours in Warwick. Overview * Permanent position. * 4 day working week (Monday to Thursday). * Standard hours 06:00 – 15:30. * Basic rate up to £17.71/hour. * Overtime available and paid at premium rates (top end £23.61/hr Mon-Thu, £26.57/hr Fri & Sat, £35.42 Sun). * Monthly and annual production bonuses also on offer. Essential experience required * Previous automotive or other large / commercial vehicle paint spraying and prepping experience. * Ability to follow work instructions and build aids. * Good paint mixing process skills. * Knowledge of H&S and working with solvents. * Previous manufacturing experience would be advantageous but not essential
