Job Description DMT Solutions Global Corporation (d/b/a "BlueCrest") is looking for skilled and motivated technicians who want to be part of a winning team. We have over 23 technicians and/or technical support staff across Ontario, covering several major private and government customers. Our mission: to support our business partners by providing them with state-of-the-art, high-performance high-volume mail insertion equipment, as well as a wide range of software and inkjet printing solutions. Our service team ensures rigorous follow-up to guarantee continuous, uninterrupted production for our customers. On-site technicians ensure the operation of electromechanical equipment for major customers. They are also at the forefront of customer service and customer relations. On-site technicians perform preventive maintenance and repair if needed high-volume mail insertion systems. - Proactively plan and carry out preventive maintenance - Resolve problems reported by customers - Proactively monitor, plan and prioritize tasks to maximize customer satisfaction - Plan and carry out equipment upgrades and new installations - Manage a call queue to ensure that customers are contacted in accordance with established guidelines, and that incidents are qualitatively resolved in accordance with established guidelines. Qualifications As a field-based mobile technician, you should have the following qualifications: - Experience in troubleshooting and repairing complex mechanical equipment. - Good experience of working on electromechanical equipment. - Experience in building and improving customer relationships. - A valid driver's license is required. - Must maintain reliable transportation to and from customer sites. - Ability to perform frequent lifting and/or moving of objects weighing up to 50 lbs. - Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, holidays and/or different shifts as required with minimal notice - Ability to work as part of a team - Desire to grow and contribute to the success of the local team.
