Sampson Davie Fane Volpiana LLP is seeking a full-time Intermediate Accountant with previous law firm accounting experience to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual who enjoys a wide range of accounting duties, working in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of law firm experience in a similar role and the following attributes:
- Experience with full cycle accounting duties, including:
- File Openings
- Billings
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
- Bank Reconciliations
- Experience with trust accounting and an understanding of the Law Society trust rules.
- The ability to work both independently and in a team and multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Work, Excel Outlook) and the ability to quickly learn the firm’s accounting system (Soluno) and document management system (Net Documents).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
An exceptional working environment, competitive salary and benefit package are offered. The salary will depend upon experience ranging from $60,000 to $70,000 per year.
