Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Sales Coordinator - Spider is supporting one of only a handful of UK manufacturers of SIPS Panels (or Structural Insulated Panels). They are currently recruiting for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join their office based in Mendlesham, Stowmarket! Company pension scheme Free on-site parking Benefits: - On-site parking, company events, casual dress, joining a family run company Hours: Monday – Thursday 8am - 5pm and Friday 8am – 12pm About the role: They are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join their expanding team. As the first point of contact for their customers, you will ensure seamless communication and efficient handling of enquiries. You will be responsible for generating accurate quotes, canvassing for new business, and supporting the sales team with administrative tasks. Other key duties will include: Be the first point of contact for incoming telephone enquiries and administrative tasks. Produce and send accurate quotes to customers using the relevant pricing format and information. Update the database daily to ensure all quotes are dispatched and documented appropriately. Transfer drawings to the pricing team with all relevant information for pricing, and update customers on expected delivery dates. Social Media updates Handle any reasonable requests from the Director as part of the role's scope. About you: You should have a good standard of general education with proven written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organisation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines are essential. A flexible approach to work and proficiency in using Social Media, Zoho (or similar CRM software), Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint are required. Strong customer service skills, including a professional telephone manner and an attentive, responsive attitude, are crucial. General knowledge of our product will help you effectively communicate our manufacturing practises and quality procedures to customers.
