Your primary responsibility will be identifying opportunities, cultivating relationships with new clients, and delivering exceptional results by promoting a wide range of rotating equipment, particularly pumps and pumping systems. You’ll be a vital part of our sales force, helping to provide tailored solutions to meet client needs while enhancing their operational efficiency through repairs, overhauls, and upgrades. Your Role and Responsibilities: * Identify & Generate Leads: Uncover new business opportunities by actively seeking out potential clients and generating high-quality leads. * Build Relationships: Develop long-term, meaningful relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Promote Rotating Equipment: Become the expert in promoting a wide range of rotating equipment with a focus on pumps and associated systems. * Workshop Services Sales: Spearhead the sale of workshop services such as repairs, overhauls, and upgrades to keep client operations running smoothly. * Supporting Services: Drive additional services like condition monitoring, lubrication, site works, and laser alignment for enhanced system performance. * Market Development: Develop and execute innovative strategies to grow market presence in your region. * Collaborate for Success: Work closely with internal teams to execute sales strategies effectively and ensure customer satisfaction. * Drive Sales Growth: Use cold calling, telesales, and social media strategies from in the field to increase client leads. * Present Solutions: Deliver compelling presentations of our portfolio to diverse clients across your region. * Sales & Budget Reporting: Keep leadership informed with regular updates on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends. Qualifications and Skills Needed: * Proven Sales Experience in rotating equipment or engineering sectors, particularly with pumps. * Technical expertise in rotating equipment maintenance. * Strong Communication Skills to foster client relationships and deliver results. * Experience in the OEM market and ROI selling. * Familiarity with industries such as manufacturing, production, and pumps/rotating equipment. * A can-do attitude and desire to exceed customer expectations. Experience and Expertise: * Knowledge and hands-on experience with rotating equipment. * Sales Success: A proven history of meeting sales targets, acquiring new clients, and retaining existing ones. * Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
