Mortgage Advisor

Mortgage Advisor required for our client located in Purley, a professionally recognised estate agency. The Mortgage Advisor will be responsible for working closely with the residential estate agency team to ensure all business opportunities are maximised, ensuring all documentation is compliant, correct and properly witnessed and signed in line with FCA guidelines. The Mortgage Advisor will meet with clients to assess individual circumstances and needs while seeking out the best financial and mortgage solutions for our customers. They should ideally be able to maintain a good referral rate, proactively source for new business and be able to meet and exceed targets. Mortgage Advisor Remuneration * Basic Salary: £28,000 with a temporary fixed guarantee * Company car or a generous car allowance + £2,500 Car Allowance * On Target Earnings: £70,000 (uncapped earnings) * 5 days per week including 2 Saturdays per month * 33 days paid Holiday (increasing with service) * Additional Day off for your birthday * Pension contribution * Life Insurance * Company Rewards and Incentives * Company Rewards and Incentives together with Top Achievers trips and outings * Full package discussed at interview stage Mortgage Advisor Requirements * CEMAP 1 (minimum)Qualified or equivalent or Competency Advisor Status (CAS) * Minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role * Full drivers licence * Great customer skills, self-motivated with the ability to work in a pressurised environment
