We are looking for an Application Specialist to support our various web platforms , including the SEO aspect. You will be closely tied to the support structure, in order to properly guide different requests, take charge when necessary, and prioritize/coordinate the processing of escalated requests to our R&D department.
Your understanding of website design and SEO issues, your knack for problem-solving, and your communication skills will be your best assets for this position!
- Be the expert advisor/reference person for everything related to websites/platforms at 360.Agency.
- Be familiar with all of our different web platforms , including the associated restrictions (OEM, platforms, etc.).
- Review the various escalated tickets related to websites to document and direct them to the appropriate teams.
- Be the reference person for discussions surrounding SEO.
- Coordinate problem resolution by analyzing and prioritizing tickets for our development team, ensuring product quality after deploying fixes.
- Work closely with our product support advisors and clients as needed to understand their issues and questions in order to find solutions.
- Support our installation team in implementing new web solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our software so as to be able to support it autonomously
- Document interactions in the Jira tool
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the website industry or equivalent experience
- General knowledge of SEO
- Bilingualism required (English / French)
- Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
- Analytical, with a desire to delve deep into issues.
- Autonomous, eager to learn!
- Ability to work under pressure and with leadership.
- Excellent organizational and discipline skills.
- Very comfortable with computer tools.
- Team spirit.
