Job Description: We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Lettings Valuer / Lister to join their team. This position has become available due to very high demand, resulting in a significant number of appointments being booked by the branch. The Lettings Valuer / Lister will play a crucial role in the lettings department, ensuring that properties are accurately valued and listed to attract potential tenants. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct property valuations for lettings purposes. * List properties on various platforms to attract potential tenants. * Manage and maintain a high volume of appointments and client interactions. * Provide exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants. * Work closely with the lettings team to achieve targets and goals. Requirements: * Previous experience in a similar role within the property industry. * Strong knowledge of the local property market in Leicester. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to manage multiple appointments and tasks efficiently. * A proactive and results-driven approach.
