Then, watch for a unique link in your email to apply. Reporting to the Director, Brand & Marketing, the is part of the corporate brand, marketing, and communications team. The Manager is a creative, strategic marketing professional who can conceive and execute effective brand marketing programs and operations across multiple channels and mediums to help advance the company strategic plan. Known for an ability to partner with multiple stakeholders globally to support business strategy, the Manager has a strong understanding of brand, marketing, and operational best practices, and is an exceptional project manager with a passion for creative design and branding. Curious and proactive, comfortable working for an evolving global organization and possessing a proven track record of supporting high performing and strategic marketing teams, the Manager sets the highest standards of quality and professionalism and helps motivate the same in those around you. In this diverse role, working across multiple parts of the team, the Manager’s responsibilities include but are not limited to: Strategy: Supporting development and evolution of brand strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives; Supporting the management and evolution of Oxford’s brand strategy (architecture, strategy, tone of voice, visual identity) and inform its application across all marketing channels; Implement brand strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives; Analytics: Supporting market research initiatives to better understand market trends, competitors, and target audiences as required to ensure Oxford’s brand positioning is unique and differentiated; Providing input on available information, data and insights on business requirements, current state processes and workflows; Brand & Corporate Marketing: Building strong internal relationships and an understanding of business objectives to identify ways marketing and communications can further Oxford’s business strategies; Managing all aspects of brand management, including architecture, strategy, tone of voice, and visual identity–ensuring alignment with Oxford’s overall business strategy; Managing Oxford’s visual identity, supporting the development of logos, typography, and color palettes, as required; Developing and executing strategic brand and marketing initiatives in partnership with the team, to contribute to building Oxford’s brand awareness and equity. This includes but is not limited to corporate and brand videos, corporate website, digital marketing, branded content, pitchbooks, case studies, presentations, videos, etc.; Collaborating cross-functionally globally with areas of the business to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity for all internal and external facing collateral; Evaluating priorities as they relate to business objectives and contributing to broader brand and marketing initiatives in support of the company strategic plan and future vision; Champion the brand through educating and maintaining consistent brand messaging and directly manage communication activities that promote, enhance, and protect Oxford’s brand purpose across multiple channels; Support the Director, Brand and Marketing with market research / brand health assessments; Manage Creative Services and Marketing budgets; Work closely with and manage external partners and agencies to ensure the successful development and production of impactful marketing materials; Operations: Managing content updates in Agility for the corporate website; Leading ongoing content control of the business-wide Digital Asset Management System (The Digital Library); Identifying changes needed to evolve The Digital Library, in collaboration with the business and technology team; Monitoring and analyzing key metrics to assess the usefulness of content and The Digital Library to make data-driven adjustments as needed; Creating, analyzing and optimizing marketing processes on an on-going basis by working closely with other members of the marketing team to monitor and evaluate feedback; Attributes: Professional presentation, communication and interpersonal skills A collaborative approach to working with global internal and external customers and a passion for building relationships based in partnership and trust Highly organized with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines The ability to learn quickly, fail quickly and incorporate both into the work delivered Strong curiosity, judgment and confidence in decision making, with a mature approach to engaging with colleagues and stakeholders of all levels across multiple geographies An ability to innovate and bring fresh solutions to problems and a willingness to share different perspectives that contribute to new ways of thinking and working Comfort with adapting to changing processes and continually evolving business priorities Passion for learning new and evolving marketing technology solutions Comfortable reading and understanding data and analytics to support our team’s goals and objectives Results-oriented and execution-focused, possessing a bias for action Superior communication skills; both written and oral Proactive with excellent organizational and time management skills Effectively presents work and collects and communicates feedback Oxford's purpose is to strengthen economies and communities through real estate.
