Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join our client's team in Bournemouth. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years PQE and a strong background in commercial law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a full spectrum of non-contentious corporate law matters, including M&A, joint ventures, shareholders agreements, articles of association, and corporate transactions.
• Providing expert advice on corporate law matters to clients.
• Working closely with the client's in-house team to deliver high-quality results.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years PQE in corporate law.
• Strong background in commercial law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
