The Job: * Ensure technical and regulatory compliance for a wide range of horticultural products. * Oversee the registration of plant protection and biocidal products and manage fertiliser compliance within the UK and EU. * Liaise with consultants, laboratories, and efficacy testing organisations, and participate in industry taskforces. The Candidate: * Hold a degree in a relevant scientific discipline or equivalent regulatory experience. * Strong knowledge of UK and EU pesticide and biocide regulations, with excellent communication and liaison skills. * Capable of managing multiple projects, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to navigate complex regulatory landscapes.
