Territory Sales Manager - Vancouver

The Territory Sales will actively seek out and engage customer prospects and drive sales growth for MediPharm Labs. The successful applicant will use self-motivation and interpersonal skills to develop relationships with current and prospective customers within the Canadian legal cannabis industry.ResponsibilitiesSpend majority of time on the road promoting the retail sale of cannabis products: present, promote and sell MediPharm Labs’ portfolio of brandsProvide product education to retailersEstablish, develop and maintain strong customer relationships with retailers across assigned territoryReach out to customer leads through cold calling and consistently pre-plan visits for selling opportunitiesAchieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes on scheduleKeep up to date on industry related trends, practices, and eventsSupport the development of any sales materialsCreate brand awareness and community engagement within given territoryEstablish new opportunities to promote MediPharm Labs portfolio of brands within the confined regulationsAnalyze the territory’s potential, track activity, and submit results reports on a regular basis to managementResolve customer complaints by investigating problems, develop solutions, collaborate with, and make recommendations to managementCollaborate with management in planning sales activities and setting goals for assigned territorySkills/Qualifications NeededProven work experience (2-4 years) in sales, preferably within the cannabis, beverage alcohol, or tobaccoExcellent interpersonal skills with emphasis on selling, communication and negotiationHighly motivated, result-driven with excellent self-management and organizational skillsProficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Knowledge of regulations as it pertains to selling cannabis in British ColumbiaValid Driver’s Licence and vehicle is a must; travelling requiredBachelor of Commerce degree or equivalent preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
