Responsibilities Facilitate and support the exploration and creation of short and long-term improvement and transformational projects Manage the end-to-end planning, implementation, and sustainment of projects to achieve and maintain target measurable outcomes. Communicate progress, risks, and challenges of projects to leadership and partners. Facilitate and align different partner teams (Quality Verification, Engineering, and Analytics) on important project and portfolio decisions and risk resolution processes Monitor and direct project portfolio performance to meet team goals and strategy Provide support and implement improvements to the project portfolio and change management processes Mentor and facilitate learning opportunities for team members across different levels on change and project management practices Qualifications 7+ years of Project Management, Business Analyst or relevant experience 5+ years experience creating detailed project progress reports, risk analysis, and decision recommendations 3+ years experience building relationships, engaging with, and facilitating decision-making processes with leadership groups Experience effectively communicating (both verbally and written) with audiences across different levels of the organization Experience driving and managing change (process and culture) across large diverse teams and using continuous improvement techniques (e.g. Lean 6 Sigma, CMMI, Evidence-Base Management etc.) with relevant metrics to measure progress. Experience with modern software development, software quality, and product delivery practices is a bonus #LI-Hybrid #FlexibleWork BC COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs. BASE SALARY RANGES • British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria): º $115,100 - $161,200 CAN Annually Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees.
