Tunnel Lead Engineer

Use their expertise in geotechnical engineering, structural engineering, and tunneling technology to create safe, efficient, and cost-effective tunnel solutions that meet project requirements.The international professional will carry on the following key activities:Soil/structure interaction analyses; Segmental lining design, segmental ring geometry, transient and final service stages, connections devices, gasket design;Ground movements prediction and effects evaluation, achieve improvement or remedial measures;The international professional will have the following key responsibilities:Coordination of team resources producing the design packages (drawings, report, calculations);Definition of the methodology for the tunnel design in cooperation with the partners, in compliance with local, national and international standards and guidelines. Attendance in meetings with the Client and other partners.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or Geotechnical Engineering;At least 10 years’ experience in Underground Infrastructures Design, mostly related to TBM tunnels;Preferred Professional Engineer of Ontario (PEO) License or availability to get a temporary license;
