LGV C+E Drivers We are recruiting for LGV C+E Drivers at our Glasgow Depot within the Muller Milk and Ingredients Distribution Business. This is a great opportunity for drivers who enjoy working for a prestigious logistics company, driving a modern and well maintained fleet of vehicles and who are looking for flexibility in their life, we offer full time work schedules, and no overnights stays. • Contract - Full Time / Permanent • Location - Glasgow Depot • Rate of Pay - £15.05 per hour (plus below premiums) 1.125 x basic rate for work on a Saturday 1.5 x basic rate for work on a Sunday Additional 14.25% uplift of base rate for Unsociable hours (6PM - 4AM) 1.5 x basic pay rate for work on a public holiday 1.125 x basic rate for overtime LGV C+E Role & Responsibilities Delivering milk products to customer stores and regional distribution centres. Puts safety first and respects all other road users. Diligent in ensuring driver and vehicle checks are completed correctly. Forward thinking, route checks for safety restrictions, planned road works and traffic to ensure your journey will be smooth and efficient. Highly professional in all situations as you are the interface between the business and our customer base. LGV C+E Key Skills & Experience Relevant experience in a similar role is desirable An effective team member who works well on their own initiative Demonstrates an excellent attitude to work Self - motivated with a positive attitude and extremely reliable HGV Class 1 Licence (LGV Cat C+E) Current CPC and digital driving card No more than 6 minor points on driving licence (No CDs, DDs, DRs or INs) Newly qualified drivers are welcome, we will train and develop you to the necessary level Must be comfortable with the physical nature of the role.
