Assist Branch Manager to develop plans to improve branch performance, with a strong focus on driving rental revenues and operational efficiencies. Focus on keeping fleet rental ready through establishing efficient and effective shop flow. Supervise mechanics to ensure priorities are being set and preventative maintenance schedule is being followed. Ability to coach, mentor and develop branch employees. Follow, enforce and champion company safety policies at the branch level. Strong understanding of all company operating policies and procedures, and enforce compliance. Foster a customer service oriented culture to branch operations. Work closely with all levels of the organization to ensure a team based approach to problem solving. Conduct monthly operating meetings. What You’ll Bring to the Team Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in the equipment rental /construction industry. Excellent customer relations skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word); Systematics an asset. Strong supervisory skills. Flexibility; must be comfortable with managing and adapting to multiple changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment . Excellent problem-solving skills .
