Responsibilities: Support for the pupils: Supervise classes engaged in assignments from teachers across various subjects, including Primary, PE, and Technology. Provide guidance and support to individual students or small groups, particularly those withdrawn from classes for targeted learning opportunities. Manage student behaviour to maintain a safe and productive learning environment. Ensure students remain focused and on track to meet lesson objectives. Assist students facing difficulties with their cover lesson tasks. Offer pastoral support to individual students under the guidance of a Head of Year or SENCO.
