What you'll need To be a successful Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll need to know retail inside out, because you'll be dealing with clients and candidates who do too. You'll be the sort of person who reminds customers what great service actually feels like. And you'll be the sort of confident, engaging, easy-to-build-rapport with type who's got a clever knack of turning clients into friends.
