Job Description Solid understanding of the media landscape with experience in Digital, Radio, Television and Out-of-Home  Support various Publicis agency brands by developing media sales opportunities across all platforms Collaborate with agency planning teams to drive media activations and demonstrate the value of Apex Able to make an impact on integrated marketing strategies for assigned accounts. Take to market Apex vendor programs to support client brand/campaign goals and drive success for the business Present innovative media opportunities and deliver professional and comprehensive Apex media presentations Uphold, deliver and support the Apex value proposition across all assigned agency brands Help nurture, develop and grow the Apex accounts within assigned accounts, supporting brand agencies as needed with tools, materials, presentations and unique media opportunities. Facilitate frequent updates with Apex buying teams, ensuring delivery of campaign performance and delivery of KPI’s Responsible for day –to-day client engagement and account management across three agencies Partner with internal teams to develop and implement full cycle media plans and support client presentations as needed. Develop and maintain client and agency partner relationships Ensure financial reporting and forecasts are issued accurately and on time. Monitor pacing of brand team spends to ensure quarterly targets are met. Oversee and manage special projects to ensure proper execution from internal teams and on time completion Gather, refine and analyze research & insights to create informed POV’s and recommendations Major Contacts - Internal Buying teams, Strategy Manager/Planner, Finance - External Client (pre & post buy presentations), Media Sales reps Qualifications Minimum of Associate Degree in Media, Bachelor’s degree a plus/preferred Track record of success throughout post-secondary career and previous employment Minimum of 5+ years of related experience and 3 years in a similar role Media systems’ proficiency Strong knowledge of media strategy, planning and buying Strong presentation skills Strong analytical & math proficiency skills Solid verbal and written communication skills Technical proficiency, particularly with Excel, Word and PowerPoint Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Able to work successfully with teams, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure Strong sales acumen Strong analytical ability Problem solver Good under pressure Team player Excellent organizational skills Amicable/gets along with people – builds strong relationships with media contacts
