Location Description:

 

The iconic Arizona Biltmore is located in the heart of the prestigious Biltmore neighborhood in Phoenix. The resort was named the “Jewel of the Desert” since its opening on February 23, 1929. This gorgeous 39-acre property reopened in May 2021 after undergoing a $150 million  and has over 700 rooms, over 200,000 square feet in banquet space, and 8 food and beverage outlets (including 2 restaurants, 2 bars, 2 poolside bars, a gelato shop/café, and in-room dining).

Overview:
As a Housekeeping Runner, you would be responsible for for ensuring that all guests and other department requests are met in the proper areas in a timely manner.. This includes, but is not limited to, the following duties:

 

Run errands for the housekeeping department.

Report all maintenance deficiencies in walkways, suites, and equipment.

Respond to guest questions. Provide guest assistance, directions, and information, as requested.

Report all suspicious persons or activities, hazardous conditions, etc. to the Safety & Security Department.

Provide instruction and/or guidance for guest and Pointe People safety in fire or other emergency situations.

All other assigned duties.

 

This is a full-time position, and you must have availability to work weekdays, weekends and holidays. Shifts are 5 days per week from 2:30pm-11pm.

Qualifications:
Prior housekeeping experience, preferred

Prior luxury hotel experience, preferred

Keen eye for detail

Team player

Strong work ethic

Flexible / Adaptable

Great communicator

Task oriented

Ability to speak some English
