Customer Service Agent Derby / Hybrid working £11.44 per hour Monday to Friday 9 am - 5.30 pm 6-8 week contract to start ASAP! Harper Recruitment are proud to be working in partnership with a leading designer brand who are looking for multiple customer service champions to join their team of Agents, you will be responsible for providing a first-class support service to the global customer base. What does the role involve? Responding to customer queries through website tickets, emails, letters, telephone and live chat Investigating and resolving customer complaints Liaising with internal teams /customers/couriers Providing a tracking service for online orders and resolving any order issues Communicating with e-commerce and retail clients and customers Processing orders, returns, replacements, and refunds Checking stock levels in multiple locations on request Performing other customer-based administrative dutiesWho are we looking for? Bubbly and passionate team player Fast learner with high attention to detail Previous experience with customer contact tools (Zendesk preferable) MS Office proficiency (Word, Outlook, Excel)What's in it for you?
