Maintenance Coordinator

At Transit, now, you have it. CONDITIONS Schedule: 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday, flexible schedule. Work model: must be available on call for rare emergencies on evenings and weekends. MISSION Be responsible for the planning and execution of all maintenance activities of Transit’s buildings and equipments ranging from preventive maintenance to emergency repairs, and planning the work of our external partners. Oh yes... our mechanical workshop and our private car wash will also be under your care. DESCRIPTION Be responsible for the team assigned to maintenance (2 persons); Manage emergencies general maintenance and equipment maintenance; Ensure the proper mechanical operation of our automated pick-up system (AutoStore); Ensure proper mechanical operation of conveyors; Plan, coordinate and ensure the maintenance of buildings and its outdoor courtyard; Plan, coordinate and ensure the completion of maintenance activities and racking improvements; Do some work, maintenance and servicing yourself. TO JOIN OUR TEAM YOU NEED Professional diploma in Building Mechanics or Industrial Mechanics or Electromechanics; 2 to 3 years in Building Mechanics or Industrial Mechanics or Electromechanics; Knowledge of electrical, plumbing and fire systems; Knowledge of building mechanics, building operation and maintenance; Knowledge of general mechanics; Knowledge of electromechanical engineering; You will be working in French but speaking English is a great asset to communicate with our equipment suppliers easily!   REQUIRED PROFILE Have an engaging leadership style Be objective Make decisions Structure the work Be conscientious Be solution-oriented Collaborate and work as a team Ability to analyze, synthesize and solve problems.
