Our client, a reputable office technology provider, is looking to bring on an Account Manager to join their dynamic team where the sky is the limit for growth, stability, longevity and prosperity.

Required is an enthusiastic and goal orientated “hunter and farmer” to strengthen and nurture existing relationships as well as build new client relationships by being, knowledgeable, proactive, and consistent. Duties and Responsibilities: 

The key job functions are:

  • Establishing new and fostering current client relationships
  • Preparing proposals and in person/virtual sales presentations
  • Expanding cliental through outbound calls and field site visits
  • Achieving set monthly sales targets and attending weekly sales meetings
  • Maintaining and managing client files in the CRM database
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications: 

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle is required
  • High Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Experience with Compass CRM and or a related database

Experience:

  • 3 – 5 years’ sales experience is required, preferably in the corporate sector
  • Proven business development experience is required
  • Knowledge of office equipment/technology is preferred

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, multi-client, environment
  • Motivated self starter who takes pride in getting the job done
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and reporting skills
  • Impeccable sales/business acumen
  • A team player, who possesses a growth mindset

Base Salary: $2,000 base per month + commission

  • Monthly guaranteed commission of $3,000
  • Full benefits package upon hire
  • Participation in new and ongoing incentive programs
  • Automobile and cellphone allowance

Work Hours:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday – Friday

Remote Work:

  • This position is not remote and required to be on-site.

  • This opportunity does not include relocation. It will be the responsibility of the candidate should relocation be required.
