Teaching Assistant - Crawley

They are looking for a motivated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to support their teachers and students in achieving their full potential. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in education and a desire to contribute positively to the school community, in Crawley Responsibilities: Assist teachers and teaching assistant in planning and delivering engaging lessons. Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, including those with special educational needs. Help prepare classroom materials and resources. Supervise students during breaks, lunchtimes, and other activities as needed. Support the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) and other learning programs. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.Requirements: Previous experience working with children or young people, preferably in an educational setting as a teaching assistant. A genuine passion for education and supporting student development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with students. Basic understanding of child development and educational practices. Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic school environment. A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification) is desirable but not essential
