VEHICLE TECHNICIAN / MOT TESTER BATH AREA £32,000 to £37,000 PER ANNUM + OVERTIME / BONUS 45 HOURS 1 IN 3 SATURDAY SHIFT Company: Join a prestigious Independent Garage located in Bath, known for their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. A very succesful, well known garage , who work as a specialist with a very renowned motor vehicle brand, who are seeking a keen and passionate Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester to join their team. Benefits: Competitive salary with the potential for growth Bonuses based on performance Overtime opportunities available Dynamic work environment within a reputable companyResponsibilities: Conducting routine maintenance and servicing of vehicles Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues Performing vehicle inspections and test drives to identify problems Ensuring work is completed efficiently and to a high standard Conduct MOT tests in compliance with DVSA regulations, ensuring vehicles meet legal safety and environmental standards.Requirements: Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician Qualified MOT Tester with a valid DVSA MOT testing license would be beneficial. Strong mechanical and technical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship Relevant qualifications and certifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, ATA accreditation) are desirable.This is a great opportunity to join a company who offers great career progression and on-going development.
