Job Title: People & Culture Advisor  Salary: £35,000 per annum  Location: South England with travel across sites.     JGA are partnered with a leading business seeking a Regional People & Culture Advisor on a permanent basis.    Responsibilities: Scheduling and conducting 'Culture catch ups' Scheduling welcome days  Analysis of employee surveys and welcome days  Designing people reports  Supporting People related projects  Supporting People & Culture Manager  Liaising with internal stakeholders.      Skills required: Any Employee Relations exposure.  Ideally held a Regional HR role before.  Excellent communication skills  Analytical and presentation skills  Interested?
