Secondary Teaching assistant

We are currently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant secondary school in Liverpool. Key Responsibilities: Supporting students in the classroom, working alongside teachers to enhance learning Assisting students with their academic and personal development Providing one-to-one support and small group interventions where necessary Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) Helping maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment Supervising students during break times and assisting with general school duties Requirements: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is desirable A passion for working with young people and a commitment to supporting their education Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and school staff An understanding of safeguarding practices in schools
